Through experience, we find that there is a lot of confusion and myths about many things in the Netherlands. To remedy this, we have decided, among other things, to offer memberships. You have the choice of a membership for a quarter or for a year. When you subscribe for the first time, you will need to transfer money through our website using iDEAL. You will receive a confirmation immediately afterwards. Once you have made your first payment through iDEAL, the next subscription fee will be automatically debited from your account. You can break your membership very easily (see explanation below).

It is not the case that if you have a membership all services are included. It is also the case if you have a membership that you can buy all services separately. But then what is the point of buying a membership? We explain this below.

By purchasing a membership, you receive many benefits. We list them all below:

• You get access to all the articles on our website. As you have noticed, each service only has an introduction to read. You can only access the entire description by purchasing a membership.
• Each month, a service with an elaboration is added. You as a subscriber will be notified immediately so that you do not miss anything.
• You receive an account in our system. This means that you get access to all the information that is important to you. If you are logged in, you can switch to other languages We can assure you that a short record will be made of what has been discussed after the call, which will be placed in your ticket. Through the ticket(s), you can read back all communications. An invoice is also sent through the ticket. We have nothing to hide and therefore all information can be viewed by you.
• Discount of 20% on all services purchased from us.
• Videos explaining certain things. Every month, a short video will appear for subscription holders. For example, videos explaining pay slips, childcare benefits, fun facts and much more.
• Priority for enquiries vs no membership holders. We will help our membership holders with their enquiries first, before helping those who only buy individual services.
• As a membership holder, you will be the first to receive promotions before they are rolled out through other channels.
• All kinds of entertaining and informative articles are translated and posted to your account. For example, these can be articles about new legislation that comes into force on a certain date or about changes, but they can also be articles about news.
• Pause or stop your membership with a click.
• As a membership holder, you can contact us free of charge for advice and questions.
• A free meeting in Breda once a quarter.
