As a young girl I had to go with my parents to all sorts of institutions for translations. This was because my parents did not speak Dutch at the time. The stress and fear I felt at the time was overwhelming. What if I translate badly or what happens if I don’t understand? That’s when I started to wonder: aren’t there organisations that help people in such cases? This was the seed that started The Power of Advice.

Many years and many experiences later, the first step has been taken. The Power of Advice is about professionalism, transparency, integrity and honesty. I stand behind these core values and believe in the ”power”. With my expertise and drive to find out everything for you, you finally have a partner you can trust. I will stand out by putting you first place. With me on your side, you will finally experience what it is like to be listened to and treated with respect. This way, you will no longer be dependent on ”organisations/companies” that don’t really care about your welfare. Or you wouldn’t have to put your child in the situation I had to be in as a child.

Through my different experiences and expertise, I want to become the organisation that finally fights for justice for (labour) migrants from Eastern Europe.
My goal is very simple; you have a question and we will give you the right answer. I intend to do this, among other things, through the numerous partnerships we have established with specialised companies. This will enable us to answer every question you have with the best possible precision.
