Minimum salary (minimumloon)

If you are working and have reached the age of 21, you receive the minimum payment. This entitlement also applies if you continue to work after the AOW retirement age. There is a minimum payment for young workers aged between 15 and 21.

Minimum payment: for whom?

Are you 21 or older? Then you are entitled to the minimum salary. This law applies to, among others:

• permanent and temporary workers
• on-call employees
• payroll workers
• temporary agency workers (uitzendbureau)
• the staff of contractors or subcontractors
