It is not possible to apply for a BSN number in every municipality in the Netherlands. This is done at the RNI offices. Nineteen Dutch municipalities have a non-resident registration office (RNI). You can choose which RNI office you want to arrange this with. In the appendices you will find all the RNI offices in the Netherlands, the necessary forms in different languages (including Polish, Romanian, English, Bulgarian, etc.) and what to bring to your appointment.
