ABU phase system – phase C contract

Is your agency a member of the ABU? Then you fall under the ABU phase system. The phase system consists of three phases: phase A, phase B and phase C. If you continue to work for the same temporary employment agency immediately or within six months after phase B, you will receive a phase C contract. You can read all about phase C on this page. Is your temporary employment agency a member of the NBBU? Then you are in phase 4 of the phase system.

Phase C: permanent contract with temporary employment agency

In phase C, you work on the basis of a permanent contract. You cannot include an agency clause (uitzendbeding) in your phase C contract. In addition, in phase C you are obliged to participate in the Pension Plus scheme and are entitled to continuation of your salary in the case of illness, as in phase B.
